Organization

Is your attorney organized when you meet with him or her? If not, do you really expect your case (that will effect you forever) to be organized in his/her head and even more important, at a settlement conference, a Court hearing or a Deposition or at your Trial!

Run the other way. Find a different attorney if you believe your current attorney is disorganized. Remember, your attorney works for you, you do not work for them. Many attorneys forget this important fact!
